Applying a border around a page
Insert an art border
1 On the Design tab, in the Page Background group, click Page
Borders.
2 On the Page Border tab of the Borders And Shading dialog box, in
the Setting column, click the Box item.
3 In the Art box, click a selection to see it in the preview.
4 Choose a width (up to a maximum of 31 points) and a color, if the
Color drop-down list is enabled.
5 If you want to limit the border to a particular section, change the
Apply To drop-down list.
6 Click Options to set the distance of the border from the text or
from the edge of the page.
If you choose to measure from the text, you can also specify
whether to include the header and footer areas within the border.

7 Click OK.
