Using themes and style sets
9 In the Create New Theme Fonts dialog box, select the fonts that
you want in the drop-down lists for Heading Font and Body Font.
Enter a name for the font collection and click Save.
10 On the Design tab, in the Document Formatting group, click Effects
and point to the graphics samples in the gallery while watching the
live preview in the document. If you see the appearance you want,
click the sample to change the theme effect collection.
11 On the Design tab, in the Document Formatting group, click
Themes, and then at the bottom of the gallery, click Save Current
Theme. Enter a name for the new theme and click Save.
CAuTIon If you apply fonts or colors in your document as
direct formatting, or if you apply styles that use specific font
names instead of (Body) or (Headings) in their font definitions, those
parts of your document won’t change when you apply a different
