Converting text to a table and back again
Convert a table to text
1 Click anywhere in the table that you want to convert.
2 On the Layout tab under Table Tools, in the Data group, click Con-
ver t To Tex t.
The Convert Table To Text dialog box opens.
3 Click the separator character that you want Word to place in the
text between the columns. A paragraph mark is always placed at
the end of the text from each row of the table.
4 Click OK.
