Unlinking a header
4 Double-click in the even-page header on page 6.
5 Edit the text of the header on page 6 to Even Page header in
section 1 .
Observe that the text in the header on page 2 contains the same
text as the header on page 6, because the headers in section 1 and
section 2 are linked.

6 Double-click in the even-page header on page 6. On the Header &
Footer Tools | Design contextual tab, in the Navigation group, click
the Link To Previous button to turn it off.
7 Edit the text of the header on page 6 to Even Page header in
section 2 .
Observe that the text in the header on page 2 does not change,
because the headers in section 1 and section 2 are no longer linked.
