Presenting a document online
A new feature in Office 2013 is the ability to use a document as
the display in an online presentation. You can invite people to
attend the presentation by sending email or by posting a link
to the presentation on a webpage or social networking site. The
attendees will see your document in Word Web App in their
web browsers.
Post or send invitations
1 Open the document that you want to present and then click File to
display the Backstage view.
2 Click the Share tab and then click Present Online. Then, click the
Present Online button.
TIP If you want to allow the attendees to download your
document, select the Enable Remote Viewers To Download The
Document check box. Otherwise, they will be able to print the
document to a PDF file, but they won’t be able to download it as an
editable Word document.
