Using the Document Inspector
3 In the Document Inspector dialog box, clear the check box for any
type of content for which you don’t want the Document Inspector
to search, and then click Inspect.
4 When the inspection is complete and the Document Inspector
dialog box reappears, click the Remove All button next to any type
of content that you want to remove from the document.
5 To verify that the document has been cleaned, click the Reinspect
button. Otherwise, click Close.
TIP If you remove Document Properties And Personal
Information, but you don’t remove Comments, Revisions,
Versions, And Annotations, the names attached to all tracked changes
and comments are replaced by Author , and the dates and times of the
changes and comments are removed.
