Saving documents
save a new version
1 Click File and then click Save As.
The Save As dialog box opens.
2 Choose a different folder from the current folder if you want to
keep the same file name or choose the current folder if you plan to
use a different file name.
3 Change the file name if you selected the current folder.
4 Click Save.
