Setting spelling and grammar options
Add a custom dictionary
1 Click File to display the Backstage view and then click the Options
tab. In the Word Options dialog box, in the left panel, click

tion, click Custom Dictionaries.
3 In the Custom Dictionaries dialog box, if you want to create a new
custom dictionary, click New.
4 In the Create Custom Dictionary dialog box, enter a name for the
dictionary file and click Save.
