Recovering lost work

open unsaved documents
1 Click File and then click Info.
2 Click Manage Versions and click Recover Unsaved Documents.
The open dialog box appears.
3 Double-click the autosaved file that you want.

TIP On the Advanced page of Options, there is a separate
option to store the previously saved copy of the document each
time you save again. The saved copy is renamed as Backup of < your
filename > with an extension of .wbk.
