Setting AutoFormat options
Perform a manual AutoFormat
1 Click File to display the Backstage view and then click Options.
The Word Options dialog box opens.

2 Click Proofing and then click AutoCorrect Options.
The AutoCorrect Options dialog box opens.
3 Click the AutoFormat tab and set the options as you prefer.
Most of these options are the same as those for AutoFormat As You
Type.
4 Click OK.
5 Press Ctrl+Alt+K, the keyboard shortcut for the AutoFormat Now
command.
