Topic C: Customizing keyboard shortcuts
Returning to the default keyboard shortcuts
Explanation
You might want to return to the default keyboard shortcuts, removing any new shortcuts
you’ve assigned. To do so:
1 Open the Word Options dialog box and display the Customize Ribbon options.
2 Next to Keyboard shortcuts, click Customize to open the Customize Keyboard
dialog box.
3 Click Reset All.

Click Yes to verify that you want to reset keyboard shortcuts.

Click Close to return to the Word Options dialog box, and then click OK.

To open the Customize Keyboard dialog box.
3 Click Reset All
A message box appears, warning you that this
action will remove all keys currently assigned to
macros and styles in the Normal template.
Click Yes
To reset all keyboard shortcuts.
To return to the Word Options dialog box.
4 Click Close
5 Click OK
To close the Word Options dialog box.
6 Update and close all documents
