Generating mailing labels
Explanation
In addition to creating form letters, you can use the Mail Merge feature to prepare
mailing labels and envelopes. You do this by using the data in your recipient list. After
performing the mail merge, you can print the results.
To use the Mail Merge feature to generate mailing labels:

Create a document and click the Mailings tab.

Click Start Mail Merge and choose Labels to open the Label Options dialog box.

Specify printer and label settings, as shown in Exhibit 1-12.

Click OK to create a sheet of blank labels.

Specify the recipient list.

In the label document, insert the necessary address fields in the first label.

Merge the data source with the label document.
