Printing the labels
After creating the mailing labels and inserting the merge fields, you’re ready to
complete the merge and print the labels. It’s always a good idea to preview your labels
before printing them.
To print the labels:
In the Finish group on the Mailings tab, click Finish & Merge and choose Print
Documents. The Merge to Printer dialog box appears.
Under Print records, specify whether to print all of the records, the current
record, or specific records. By default, All is selected.
Click OK to open the Print dialog box.
Change the print settings as needed, and click OK.
