What you really want to do is to copy only the visible data!
To overcome this common problem, you need to copy the visible cells only.
There are a few ways to do it:
1. Select the data E1:G23 and use the Excel menu to select the visible cells only.
a. Home

Find & Select

Go To Special and choose Visible cells only (or
use shortcut CTRL

G) Go To Special.
b. Copy or CTRL
C.
c. Paste at destination with CTRL
