Trouble? If the Insert menu displays different commands than those shown in Figure 7,
you need to reset the menus. Click Tools on the menu bar, click Customize (you might need
to pause until the full menu appears to see the command), and then click the Options tab
in the Customize dialog box. Click the Always show full menus check box to remove the
check mark, if necessary, and then click the Show full menus after a short delay check box
to insert a check mark, if necessary. Click the Reset menu and toolbar usage data button,
and then click the Yes button to confirm that you want to reset the commands. Click the
Close button. Repeat Step 1.
You can display the full menu in one of three ways: (1) pause until the full menu appears,
which might happen as you read this; (2) click the Expand button at the bottom of the
menu; or (3) double-click the menu name on the menu bar.
2. Pause until the full Insert menu appears, as shown in Figure 8. The Bookmark command
and other commands are now visible.

3. Click the Bookmark command. A dialog box opens when you click a command whose
name is followed by an ellipsis (…). In this case, the Bookmark dialog box opens.
