2. Position the insertion point at the location where you want to insert the image, click
the Insert Clip Art button on the Drawing toolbar, click Organize clips in the Clip Art
task pane, open the folder containing the image you want, click the arrow button on
the image, click Copy, and then close the Clip Organizer. Finally, paste the graphic
into the document.

4. Click where you want to insert the symbol in the document, click Insert on the menu
bar, click Symbol, click the Special Characters tab in the Symbol dialog box, click
Registered Trademark in the list, click the Insert button, and then click the Close but-
ton. Another option is to type “(r)”and press the spacebar.
5. Click Format on the menu bar, click Borders and Shading, click the Page Border tab
in the Borders and Shading dialog box, select the border type you want in the Setting
section, choose a line style from the Style list box, make sure Whole document
appears in the Apply to list box, and then click OK.
6. Select or create a main document. Select or create a data source. Use the Mail Merge
task pane to insert merge fields into the main document. Preview the merged docu-
ment. Merge the data source and the main document.
