Creating a Position Data Form, an Employer Positions Form, and an Employers and
Positions Report

Northeast Seasonal Jobs International (NSJI)
Elsa Jensen wants to continue enhancing the Northeast database to make it easier for NSJI employees to find and
maintain data. In particular, she wants the database to include a form based on the Position table to make it eas-
ier for employees to enter and change data about available positions. She also wants the database to include a
form that shows data from both the Employer and Position tables at the same time. This form will show the posi-
tion information for each employer along with the corresponding employer data, providing a complete picture of
NSJI’s employer clients and their available positions.
In addition, Zack Ward would like the database to include a formatted report of employer and position data so
that his marketing staff members will have printed output when completing market analyses and planning strate-
gies for selling NSJI’s services to employer clients. He wants the information to be formatted attractively, perhaps
by including a picture or graphic image on the report for visual interest.
