The skills tested in this section of the Microsoft Office Specialist exam for Microsoft
PowerPoint 2013 relate to collaborating with other people on presentations. Specifically,
the following objectives are associated with this set of skills:

Protect and share presentations
When working with colleagues to develop a presentation, you might each develop a
separate part of the presentation and then merge the presentations into one, or you
might work in multiple versions of the whole presentation and then merge those into
one. During the collaboration process, it is frequently necessary to review changes made
by one or more people and decide which version of the content to retain.
When you and your colleagues need to communicate about a presentation that you’re
developing, one method of doing so is by inserting information in comments attached
to specific slides or slide content.
This chapter guides you in studying ways of reusing content from one presentation in
another, merging multiple versions of a presentation, comparing differences and
accepting or rejecting changes, and managing comments.
