Inspect presentations
Presentations are often delivered electronically, as attachments to email messages or as
files that can be downloaded from a website.
If your presentation might be delivered as a file to people who are using an earlier
version of PowerPoint, you can inspect the presentation by running the Compatibility
Checker, to identify any elements that won’t display or perform as expected in that
version.
