2.3 Order and group shapes and slides
Togroupshapes
1. Select two or more shapes you want to group.
2. On the Format tool tab, in the Arrange group, click the Group Objects button, and
then click Group .
Or
Right-click the selection, click Group , and then click Group .
Toungroupshapes
1. Select grouped shapes by clicking the outer selection outline.
2. On the Group Objects menu, click Ungroup .
Or
Right-click the selection, click Group , and then click Ungroup .
Toregroupshapes
Select one shape from the original group. Then on the Group Objects menu, click
Regroup .
Tochangethestackingorderofshapes
1. Select one or more shapes you want to move.
2. Right-click the selection, and then do one of the following:
Click Bring to Front , and then click Bring to Front to position the selection
first in the stacking order.
Click Bring to Front , and then click Bring Forward to move the selection one
position forward.
Click Send to Back , and then click Send to Back to position the selection last
in the stacking order.
Click Send to Back , and then click Send Backward to move the selection one
position backward.
Or
In the Selection pane, click the Bring Forward or Move Backward button.
