Manage slide order and sections
To make it easier to organize and format a longer presentation, you can divide it into
sections. In both Normal view and Slide Sorter view, sections are designated by titles
above the first slide in the section. Section titles do not appear in other views.
You can select, format, move, collapse, expand, and remove sections of slides by
selecting the section title and then performing the action. You can print selected sections of
a presentation. When collaborating on the creation of a presentation, individual people
can edit separate sections.
You can easily reorder the slides within a presentation by moving individual slides or
entire sections of slides.
Tip If you arrange open presentation windows side by side, you can drag slides from one
presentation to another.
