Format text as columns
Format text as columns
When a slide includes several short entries, they can look better and be easier to read
when presented in multiple columns. Some slide layouts include text placeholders for
multiple columns of text. However, you can format text within any placeholder into
multiple columns.
The width of the columns is determined by the width of the text placeholder, the number
of columns, and the spacing between the columns. You can format text into one, two, or
three columns spaced a half inch apart by selecting the number of columns from a list,
or you can format text into up to 16 columns by specifying the number and spacing of
the columns in the Columns dialog box.
