Create journal entries
The Outlook Journal feature provides an interface through which you can track, on a
timeline, interactions with a specific contact.
Some functionality of the Journal feature in Outlook 2013 has been modified from that
of previous versions, as follows:
The Journal folder is still available in the Folder List, but is not available from the
Navigation Bar.
Journal options are not available in the Outlook Options dialog box.
The automatic journaling functionality has been disabled. You can still create
journal entries manually.
