A thief can be quite resourceful if he or she steals your phone. Before you can alert your parents
or spouse to the theft, they might receive a text from “you” asking for your ATM or credit card
PIN number. Your parents or spouse might then reply with the PIN number. Your bank account
could be emptied in minutes.

In the business world, rarely does an employee work in isolation. Companies need
their employees to collaborate, whether they work in the same office or in locations
around the world. Telecommuters working from home can communicate as if they
were on-site by using a common team website and conferencing software. SharePoint
Online and Lync Online provide seamless communication.
Small business subscription plans as low as $6.00 per user per month allow
employees to create and store Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
presentations online and communicate with one another via email, instant messaging,
or video chat as they work on projects together. As shown in Figure 4, a team portal
page is shown when you subscribe at https://portal.microsoftonline.com. Larger
companies and those requiring more features can take advantage of the office 365
business premium package, which, in addition to the features listed above, provides
access to the office 365 portal website and eliminates the effort and cost of the users
maintaining their own costly computer servers.
