Adjusting column/row height and formatting
Adjust row font
1 Click any of the text formatting options to change an aspect of the
CAUTION If you adjust the font, the change will be applied
to both the row and the column.
Format rows and alternating rows
1 Click the Datasheet Formatting button.
2 Select the desired formatting options, and click OK.
TIP Access also supports more sophisticated formatting, such
as conditional formatting to color a cell to reflect the data
value, but to use these features, you need to look at using a form to
control the datasheet presentation (described in Section 8, “Improving
presentations with forms” starting on page 129).
