Selecting data to copy and paste
Select an area of data
1 Click a cell, and hold down the Shift key.
2 Move to another cell, and click once to select the area. Then use
Ctrl+C to copy the data to the clipboard, and use Ctrl+V to paste
the data into a spreadsheet.
TIP Don’t forget that Access has many other features for
extracting data into other applications. These features are
described in Section 11, “Exchanging data.”
