Adding fields to a form in design view
Add a field to a continuous form
1 Click Add Existing Fields in the Tools group on the Design tab.
2 Select the desired field to be added.
3 Drag the field onto the Detail section.
4 Cut the label from the Detail section, and paste the label into the
Form Header section.
5 Adjust the position and size of the field in the Detail section.
TIP In a single form, labels are normally attached to controls.
If a label becomes detached from a control, cut the label to the
clipboard, select the control, and then paste the label onto the control.
This will reattach the label to the control.
