Using the Ribbon

Dialog Box
appears
in many
grouped
commands
on the
Ribbon.
To open a dialog box that contains additional options, follow these steps:
1. Click on a tab on the Ribbon, such as the Home or Page Layout tab.
2. Click on the Show Dialog Box icon in the bottom-right corner of a
group such as the Font or Paragraph group found on the Home tab.
Office 2010 displays a dialog box, as shown in Figure 1-18.
3. Choose any options in the dialog box, and then click OK or Cancel
when you’re done.
