Adding a Quick Table
Figure 15-1 Choose from the Quick Tables gallery to add a preformatted table to your
document.
Note
Chapter 4, “Templates and Themes for a Professional Look,” covers the way in
which themes influence formatting options available for various items in your
document. A theme includes specific fonts, colors, and effects that are then
coordinated with charts, Quick Styles, and even Quick Tables and table styles (more
about this on page 482). The content and overall design of the tables you see
displayed in the Quick Tables gallery will remain the same no matter which theme
you have selected for your document. But if you change the theme, you will
notice that the colors, fonts, and shading effects used in the Quick Tables change
to match the new theme.
