Clicking the link “No Data Flow tasks have been added to this package. Click here to
add a new Data Flow task” (shown in Figure 1-18 ) enables the Data Flow task pane,
where you can build a data flow by dragging and dropping the tool box items as shown
in Figure 1-19 . Add an ADO NET Source from the SSIS Toolbox to the Data Flow Task
panel as shown in Figure 1-19 .

Double-click aDO net source to launch the aDO.net source editor dialog. Click the new
button to create a new Connection Manager.
