Slide Sorter view
Slide Sorter view is often used when putting the final touches
to your presentation, before you print or deliver it on screen.

Hiding slides
Rehearsing timings
Creating a summary slide
Adding transition effects.
Slide Sorter toolbar
Hide slide
Hides the selected slide, so that it will not display
during a slide show
Rehearse Timings
Used when practising your presentation. Times each
slide and gives you the option to record the timings.
Summary Slide
Creates a summary slide using the slide titles of the
selected slides
Speaker Notes
Displays the Speaker Notes window so you can enter
and edit your notes
Transition
Displays the Slide Transition task pane so you can
select a transition effect for your slides
Design
Displays the Slide Design task pane. As well as
specifying a template for your presentation from this
pane, you can also select animation effects.
New Slide
Inserts a new slide after the one selected, and
displays the layout pane
