Font formatting
The Font dialog box
Basic steps

Select the text to format
You can also go to the Font dialog box to format the text on
your slide.

Format menu

Tip
Most designers work to no
more than three different
fonts per page/slide, using
different sizes, bold and
italic for extra variety.

Don’t change the
formatting on every slide. If you
overdo things you will give
the presentation an
inconsistent look.

If you have entered text in the wrong
case, you can easily change it without
retyping. Simply select the text, then
open the Format menu, choose Change
Case... and select the option required
from the dialog box.
