Paragraph formatting
Line Spacing
Basic steps

Select the paragraphs
you want to adjust the
line spacing for
The default line spacing is single. The line spacing between the
paragraphs can be adjusted from the Line Spacing dialog box.
You could use this option if you have only a few bullet points
on a slide and you want to distribute them more evenly within
the placeholder.

Open the Format menu
and choose Line Spacing

Specify the line spacing

Set the line spacing

Click to see the
effect of your selections
(you may have to move
the dialog box aside)
You can also set the
spacing before and
after paragraphs

Click if you want
to apply the new settings

Click to leave
things as they were

Cancel the formatting

You can also adjust the spacing between your
paragraphs by setting the Before paragraph/
After paragraph options in the Line Spacing
dialog box to get the effect you require.
