Organization Chart

Organization charts give you another opportunity to make
your point using a diagram rather than words. They are
designed to show staff structures, but can be used for other
types of hierarchies. There are several ways to create an
organization chart. We will consider:

Click Insert Diagram

organization chart object
will be displayed. You will
see a set of shapes and
the Organization Chart
toolbar.

Tip
Work out the structure you
wish to display before you
start. A few minutes spent
sketching it out on paper
could save you time
redrawing and correcting it
on-screen.
Don’t try to display too
large a structure – the
finished slide should be clear
and easily understood.
