What elements of a table can I
customize?
The Table Element list in the
Modify Table Quick Style dialog
box allows you to choose almost
any aspect of a table to modify.
You can change the formatting for
each element listed in the Table
Element list by clicking the ele-
ment and then clicking the Format
button to display the Format Cells
dialog box with which you are
familiar.

With Whole Table selected in the

Why should the color of the
header row be changed to white?
The white font color allows the
text in the header rows to stand
out against the background color
of the header row.
