Click the Sort A to Z command
to sort the sales rep table in
ascending sequence by name

The following steps show how to sort the records in descending sequence by name.
1 If necessary, select cell A9.
2 Click the Data tab on the Ribbon.
3 Click the Sort Z to A button on the Ribbon to sort the sales rep table in descending
sequence by name (Figure 5–37).
