To Sort a Table Using the Sort Command on a Column Heading AutoFilter Menu
The following step shows how to sort the table by hire date using the Sort Ascending command on a column
heading list.

If necessary, click the
Home tab on the
Ribbon.
Click the Hire Date
arrow to display the
Hire Date AutoFilter
menu (Figure 5–38).
