Can I open the CSV fi le in Excel?
Yes. If you open the Silver Photography Accessories Sales Rep Table CSV in Excel, it will place the fi elds from the CSV fi le
in the same cells as shown in Figure 5–68, but without some of the formatting.

click Save As, type fi le
name, select fi le type,
select drive or folder,
click Save button in
Save As dialog box
2. Press CTRL + S , type fi le
name, select fi le type,
select drive or folder,
