What does Excel
insert when I click a
button in the Header &
Footer Tools group on the Ribbon?
When you click a button in the Header & Footer Tools group on the Ribbon (Figure 6–70), Excel enters a code (similar to
a format code) into the active header or footer section. A code such as &[Page] instructs Excel to insert the page number.
