X_RANGE
Is a set of probabilities associated with the x_values . The sum of the
probabilities in this range must equal one (1).
PROB_RANGE
Is the lower bound on the value for which you want a probability.
LOWER_LIMIT
Is the upper bound on the value for which you want a probability; an
optional argument.
UPPER_LIMIT
