Using Error Bars in a Chart Series
A chart series can include error bars to convey additional information about the
data. For example, you might use error bars to indicate the amount of error or
uncertainty associated with each data point.
Figure 5-18 shows a line chart with error bars above and below each data point,
to indicate an error range for each data point. In this case, the error bars are based
on percentage: The value plus or minus 10 percent. The error bars for the first data
point (100) extend from 90 to 110.
