Inserting a Page Break
Type a Title Did you know you can type a text, such as a title, any-
where on a page? For example, if you just added a blank page to start a
new section, you can double-click the center of the page and start typ-
ing there.
Inserting a Page Break
You can insert a page break any time you need to manually start a new page. For example,
you might want a longer paragraph at the end of a page to remain as a single block of text
rather than broken onto two pages. You can also insert a page break to start a new chapter
or topic.
Click where you want the page break to appear.
Click Insert .
Click Page Break .
Word inserts a page break, indicated by a light blue-gray line.
