Using Contextual Tabs
Although the main tabs always display on the Ribbon, Office also includes several con-
textual Ribbon tabs that appear only when you perform specific tasks. For example, take
a look at the Drawing Tools–Format tab, which displays only when you select a shape.

Click the Drawing Tools–Format tab to display options that are specific to
