Creating Email Rules to Manage Spam

Moving Messages You can organize your messages into folders and
move messages around as needed. To create a new folder in the Folder
Pane, right-click the Inbox , click New Folder , and then give it a dis-
tinct name. To move a message to the folder, right-click the message,
click Move , and then click Other Folder . The Move Items dialog box
opens; specify which one and click OK .
