Save First Be sure to save your file in your Office application before
you save as PDF or XPS documents.
Sharing a File
Office offers numerous ways to share with others, including several new to Office 2013.
You can find numerous sharing options in the Share window in Backstage view.
Click the File tab.
Click Share .
Click Invite People to save your document to SkyDrive and invite people
to view or edit it.
Click Get a Sharing Link to create a link that you can share with others
who need to view or edit your document.
