Paste Cells from Rows to Columns or Columns to Rows
Click the Copy button.
Click the top-left cell of where you want to paste the data.
Click the Paste button arrow, point to the Transpose icon to display a live pre-
view of the paste, and then click the Transpose icon.
If you want to change the way the data pastes into the document, click the
Paste Options button, point to an option for the live preview, and then select
the option you want.
