Insert Information Using an Action
Click an item, such as a cell, where you want to insert an action.
Type the information needed for the action, such as the date, a recognized fin-
ancial symbol in capital letters, or a person’s name from you contacts list, and
then press Spacebar.
Right-click the item, and then point to Additional Options (name varies de-
pending on item).
