Add a Language to Office Programs
Click the File tab, click Options , and then click Language .
• You can also click Microsoft Office 2013 Language Preferences on the All
Apps screen (Win 8) or on the Start menu under Microsoft Office and Mi-
crosoft Office Tools (Win 7).
Click the Language list arrow, and then select the language you want to en-
able.
Click Add .
To enable the correct keyboard layout for the installed language, click the Not
enabled link to open the Text Services and Input Language dialog box, where
you can select a keyboard layout, and then click OK .
Set the language priority order for the buttons, tabs, and Help for the Display
and Help languages.
Set your ScreenTip language to Match Display Language or a specific lan-
guage.
Click OK , and then click Yes (if necessary) to quit and restart Office.
