Insert Multiple Columns or Rows
Drag to select the column header buttons for the number of columns you want
to insert.
To insert multiple rows, drag to select the row header buttons for the number
of rows you want to insert.
Click the Home tab.
Click the Insert button arrow, and then click Insert Sheet Columns or Insert
Sheet Rows .
To adjust formatting, click the Insert Options button, and then click a format-
ting option.
