Format Using Color Scales
Select a cell or range you want to conditionally format.
Click the Home tab.
To format with a preset, click the Quick Analysis button ( New ! ), click For-
matting , and then click the Color Scale button.
To format with an expanded menu, click the Conditional Formatting button,
and then point to Color Scales .
Click the two or three colored scale you want (top is higher values, center is
middle values, and bottom is lower values).
